What You Will Do:

Build GIS solutions using the ArcGIS platform
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and business development opportunities
Integrate GIS with asset management, CAD, and other information systems
Manage a variety of projects including agile development projects
Serve as a technical resource for Esri geospatial technologies
Work with end users, create mapping products, and perform complex GIS analyses using the ArcGIS Platform

Work with clients to define, understand, and analyze business requirements and develop functional/technical specifications
Drive revenue growth and developing lasting relationships
Implement ArcGIS Enterprise based on clients specific needs
Maintain and manage existing client ArcGIS Enterprise implementations and provide a high level of client support
Work with the development team to design and deliver GIS solutions using the entire ArcGIS platform

While project oriented, you will be required to understand WSBs core business and be able to see how GIS fits into our Information and Technology strategy.
What You Will Bring:

A Bachelor’s or Masters degree in GIS, Computer Science, Geography or a related field
Excellent technical skills in Esris ArcGIS Platform (Enterprise, Online), Database Management (MS SQL, PostgreSQL), Enterprise Geodatabases, management of data, high-level programming, web GIS services, software issue tracking, diagramming software (Visio, draw.io), SharePoint,
Five or more years of professional experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technology experts
Knowledge of the software development life cycle
Strong project management and/or collaboration skills

Minimum Education and Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, GIS, Mathematics, or Technical science (e.g. Engineering). 3-5 years experience or equivalent Masters degree preferred but not required.
