We are hiring a Senior Product Manager-Government. In this role, you will be responsible for product strategies in regards to our customers’ practices and needs, Manage entire product life cycle including new products, enhancements and end-of-life, and drive product launches by working with product marketing, marketing, sales and customer success on messaging, presentations, videos, white papers and other deliverables. This role will primarily focus on our county and city customers; developing solutions based on machine learning derived data, change analytics, and imagery. You will be the internal and external champion for your products.

The successful candidate will be passionate about defining EagleViews mission of transforming the way our customers work, by delivering property data with actionable insights in an ever-changing world and be ready to challenge the status-quo while driving innovative ideas. Responsibilities:
Product Strategy:

Create product strategies to address market needs and translate into a product roadmap
Propose new solutions based on customer input, surveys, imaginative interpretation of user needs, market needs analysis, and known technological solutions
Monitor competitors activities to determine possible future directions
Develop value-based pricing and compelling business models for your products
Define Lean Business Cases for new products

Product Management:

Define, drive, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work with development, project management, operations, and other departments to prepare release objectives, milestones, and schedules for all phases of product development and launch
Design and execute pilots to validate hypotheses about potential products and features
Measure success of new initiatives and make data-driven decisions to continually improve and/or course correct

Go to Market:

Keep in close contact with customers, prospective customers, and sales on the leading edge of the industry, including site visits
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

Leadership:

Communicate with confidence and demonstrate mastery of your product when interacting with executives, peers, director reports, customers, and partners. Effectively articulate the vision, customer value, and competitive position of your product to rally the organization forward
Take action and drive issues to resolution
Actively engage customers and key stakeholders to drive business requirement definition and keep all stakeholders informed of progress; ensure that executive sponsors and others are aware of any potential roadblocks or inability to deliver as committed
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree, MBA or equivalent experience
Proven ability to understand market and customer needs; define new products and business models; and build and sell products
Experience in leading projects and working with cross disciplinary teams
Strong technical aptitude
Experience with geospatial products or GIS tools/products a plus
Experience working with government agencies (particularly county and city) is a plus
Ability to travel

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidates work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All Fulltime (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Accounts; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program. This is a remote, full-time position with a base salary range of $110,000 and $165,000 per year, bonus eligible.

While this is a remote position, priority will be given to those candidates in the eastern-time zone.
