Job Description
The ideal candidate has experience with Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) supporting United States Government (USG) customers. This position requires the ability to interface with multiple internal and external stakeholders in various organizations to assist with stakeholder management. Additionally, the position requires the individual to quickly move through the internal HII processes to make the program successful. The candidate should also have the desire to expand their role within the contract to assist with the continued growth.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Provide geospatial analysis and assessments of commercially available and open-source data to deliver derived products.
Search and utilize web and social media content to construct new OSINT and publicly available information (PAI) tradecraft documents and workflows, and analyze the development of OSINT and PAI tradecraft, including integration across multiple intelligence disciplines and systems.
Incorporate measures of quality assurance and quality control prior to release of geospatial data.
Skilled in data management and aggregating large amounts of information.
Working to demanding, high-tempo reporting schedules for clients.
Use mapping and cartography programs to create maps based on imagery and other geospatial layers.
Use overhead images to determine the dimensions and proportions of structures on the ground.
Document network infrastructure and management/monitoring procedures.
Integrate analyzed data into AWS to facilitate information flow between vendors and the end customer.
Minimum Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of internet-based research, including Boolean logic, search engine and database resources, and internet sources, including social media, social networking tools, data exploitation, and commercial- and industry-based databases
Ability to conduct independent analysis to support mission requirements and use enhanced search procedures, and tools to support the usage of PAI
Demonstrate critical thinking skills and tradecraft standards to deliver analytic findings in textual form, graphic annotation, or other formats as directed by the government customer, and develop and present briefings to support customer requirements
Demonstrated ability to source, interpret and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data from a wide range of traditional and non-traditional sources.
Experience with open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools, techniques and procedures.
Experience accurately communicating findings and recommendations based on open-source data to a range of stakeholders.
A demonstrable ability to work under pressure, take action and get things done, both in managing your own workload and as a part of a team.
Excellent written communication skills to write detailed reports based off image analysis findings.
Education and Experience

Writes, and/or edits various technical documents and reports to communicate clearly and effectively technical specifications and instructions to a wide range of audiences.
Acquires subject knowledge by interviewing product developers, observing performance of production methods, referring to technical specifications, blueprints, engineering illustrations, and trade journals.
Oversees preparation of illustrative materials, selecting drawings, sketches, diagrams and charts.
Conducts quality review of materials.
Preferred Requirements
Certification in GEOINT, such as USGIF Geospatial Intelligence Certification or similar.
Experience with cloud computing (e.g., Amazon Web Services) or similar distributed processing environments.
Experience with agile methodologies, including utilization of standard tools (e.g., Jira)
Experience working within and/or on NGA projects.
Knowledge of other intelligence disciplines, including Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT), signals intelligence (SIGINT), and human intelligence (HUMINT).
Active TS, or TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain Poly.
Physical Requirements
May require working in an office, SCIF, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. This is a remote/teleworking position with a need to go onsite periodically.
