This position supports the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Operations Center (NOC) Directorate who provides global situational awareness and time-sensitive geospatial intelligence to support continuous operations. The NOC is the Agencys integrator of operations and intelligence activities for NGAs internal and external partners.

Currently ManTech is seeking a motivated, career, and customer-oriented Technical Trainer to join our team in Springfield, Virginia.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design, develop, implement, and facilitate training and development for the NOC.
Coordinate with NGA staff to schedule course deliveries in both the Springfield and St Louis locations.
Identify and complete all logistics activities required for successful course delivery, such as reserving conference rooms, scheduling videoconferencing monitors, coordinating guest speakers.

Coordinate shadowing, site visits, and other relevant exposure opportunities for participants in the NOC experiential training program.
Complete the following as part of our training evaluation activities: Compile training feedback forms, analyze results and provide to NGA.
Review course materials with NGA, recommend updates based on participate feedback, and incorporate revisions approved by NGA.
Coordinate and deliver NOC Sustainment Training (C3I Watch): Delivered twice per month for the NOC C3I Watch with an average of 18 participants. Length – 2 days.
Coordinate and deliver NOC Orientation once per month for the NOC C3I Watch between three and eight participants. Length – 5 days
Train all new employees within the Operations Center on the NOC mission, components, products, and procedures. Location: Alternates between Springfield, VA and St. Louis, MO.
Coordinate and deliver NOC One Day Seminar: Delivered once per month during day two of the NOC Orientation. NOC One Day Seminar is open to the Agency. The total number of participants is 15. Length 1 day (7 hours).
Coordinate and deliver NOC Experiential Training: Delivered once per month to the Core Leadership Teams (CLTs).
Make recommendations to continue to improve NOC Experiential Training, based on participant feedback.
Coordinate and deliver NOC Sustainment Training (CLTs): Delivered twice per month to the CLTs with an average of eight participants. Length – 2 days.
Coordinate and deliver NOC Training Program. Deliver the already established NOC curriculum as described in the deliverables. Compile training feedback forms, analyze results, and provide to NGA. Review course materials with NGA, recommend updates based on participate feedback, and incorporate revisions approved by NGA.

Required Skills

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience within a related field
11-14 years of experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional business area. Experience may be broad-based crossing multiple markets (i.e. government, industry) and may also include relevant/associated certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices.
Ability to integrate, prioritize, and satisfy tasks and requirements within short timelines in a changing environment and where requirements are often ambiguous.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Desired Skills

At least 24 months demonstrated experience in analyzing job-related problems and recommending solutions requiring coordination across multiple areas, disciplines, and organizations.
At least 24 months demonstrated experience in planning and implementing programs/projects involving diverse objectives.

Security Clearance Requirements:

TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph

Physical Requirements:

Able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copier, scanner, and computer printer.
Frequently communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which involves delivering presentations.
