CGI Federal is looking for a Business Analyst with a TS/SCI clearance, per Federal stipulation.
The candidate will be a Junior Momentum BA with momentum experience. We are the trusted advisor of the client, helping to oversee the activities undertaken by the system integrator, and provide our comments or suggestions on how best to leverage the Momentum product suite. The role is therefore best suited to candidates whose career path is to one day become a SME, rather that someone who wants to be a team lead, manager etc.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Advise and assist with strategic planning, policy and business analysis;
Develop government and vision statements;
Perform trade studies and assess tradeoffs between functionality and security risk management;
Develop process improvement recommendations and facilitate quality improvement efforts;
Translate financial management operational requirements and mission needs into technical terminology and specifications;
Formulate internal and/or external policy;
Provide assessment and recommendations of new policy or changes.
Develop, apply, and validate operational metrics and performance risk assessments.
Advise on the planning, design, reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of equipment, buildings, and facilities dedicated to the geospatial intelligence enterprise.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
6 years’ relevant experience in duties and responsibilities as described
2 years’ experience working with Momentum
Active TS/SCI with CI poly required
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $73,000.00 to $161,600.00
