Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS) was created with the purpose of providing integrated enterprise IT support to Federal customers both CONUS and OCONUS. CARS employs Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with decades of experience working in the Federal marketplace.
CARS will support a contract to provide information technology enterprise management services (ITEMS) and enterprise management/cyber security services (EM/CSS). The NGA is responsible for providing geospatial intelligence products and services that decision-makers, warfighters, and first responders need when they need it most. CARS will provide technical experts and thought leadership facilitating large-scale enterprise IT management and cyber security services that support the NGAs critical mission.
The
Jr. Enterprise Watch Officer services encompass delivering proactive collection, dissemination, and monitoring of mission system and site status, as well as leadership, coordination, and collaboration for a critical and high-priority incident resolution that provides NGA executives and CIO-T leadership with situational awareness located in Springfield, VA.

As a
J
r. Enterprise Watch Officer within our
EMCSS team, you will:
Manage Critical Priority 1 tickets to resolution
Monitor operational activities of all cells within the ESC (e.g., PSOC, CSOC) to maintain centralized situational awareness of the overall health of NGA IT services.
Communicate the status of the operational infrastructure
Provide briefings to senior leadership on the status of the IT enterprise
Prepare and deliver the Daily Operations briefs
Collect, coordinate, and brief upcoming days AOs
Recommend appropriate mitigation activities to minimize downtime, minimize mission impact, and restore services as soon as possible.
Assist in assessing the impact of events and incidents on mission capability, prioritizing service restoration activities, and providing a final assessment of mission impacts before conducting authorized outages.
Coordinate with any impacted mission partners during unscheduled outages to advise of outage status, remediation actions, and projected restoral times.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR
Associate degree and 4+ years of relevant experience OR
High school diploma or GED equivalent and 6+ years of relevant experience
Operational experience with ServiceNow
Experience in the Intelligence Community
DoD 8140 (formerly 8570.01-M), IAT Level II: CCNA-Security; GICSP; GSEC; Security+ CE (within 6 months)
TS/SCI clearance required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to work shift hours. The shift will be identified upon hire
Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting
Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals
Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others
Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in a home office setting as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues
Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone with good phone skills and a professional demeanor
Previous customer service experience strongly desired
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it
