The GIS Network Analyst / Implementation provide support for a complex, multi-phased / multi-year Cityworks AMS deployments that involve GIS and Cityworks system architecture design, geodatabase design, data migration and general GIS Maintenance and support. Our continued successes in the deployment of best-in-class asset sustainability and land management solutions for our technology savvy clients has resulted in multiple recent large contract awards and we are expanding our team to meet our clients growing GIS and asset management / permitting needs. Woolpert has developed the industrys most thorough, scalable, and flexible enterprise systems implementation approach, aligned with international best practices for asset sustainability. This individual will utilize Geographic Information System techniques to provide a better understanding of variables relating to the asset management, land, license, and permitting fields for clients in public sector.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure project objectives (scope, schedule, budget) are met in accordance with established metrics
Complete assigned project tasks such as GIS Recommendations, GIS and Cityworks network architecture recommendations and design, GIS Maintenance and support for Clients, GIS Schema design, data migration and determining new and innovative Esri products to solve client issues and needs
Work with project management team to identify impediments and develop / implement solutions to overcome obstacles
Participate in team and milestone meetings
Document specifications and mapping requirements for reports, data conversions, and system interfaces
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in GIS or similar field
8+ years of progressive experience in consulting and implementation of business solutions including one or more of the following: Strong background in Esri Business Suite of product including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, Insights, Indoors, Utility Network, Monitor, Experience Builder and Survey 123
Exposure to enterprise relational database management systems, including Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle
Must be able to travel 20%-30% to client sites
Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong technical proficiency required, including Microsoft Office products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic environment
Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment; offer constructive feedback and direction to support goals
Quickly adapt and respond to industry changes as well as internal initiatives
