Daily responsibilities:

Perform data management duties using the Management Information System (MIS) and the Geospatial Management Information System (GMIS).
Download, input, archive GEOINT source data products.
Evaluate and catalogue data collections and manage information and records for the program.
Support users on how best to access, use and interpret data archives.
Assist in tracking, reproduction or creating and processing source data packages.
Prepare record-keeping systems and procedures for archival research and for the retention or destruction of records.
Be customer focused and respond to enquiries from customers and other users for data inquiries and retrieval of data.
Perform data processing, manipulation of formats for duplication and extraction of data in requested format.
Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation and instructions for processes.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Active DoD SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one.
Strong organizational skills
Experience with ESRI ArcGIS suite of software (ArcPro) and GEOINT source data products and formats.
Coordinates, monitors, researches, and integrates valid GEOINT data to identify gaps in coverage in the current archive.
Knowledge of Geodatabases, Mosaicking and Publishing in ArcPro
Knowledge of using commercial Geographic Information System (GIS) and other software applications for solving geospatial issues.
Experience with manipulating multiple geospatial intelligence data formats and layers. These include but not limited to softcopy image formats, digital terrain elevation files, vector and raster-based land feature culture formats, and 3D geometry files.
Capable of coordinating and communicating with the customer and GEOINT data management to ensure fulfillment of the requirements are met.
Use of Microsoft Office Access and Excel
Strong analytical / problem solving skills.
Demonstrates the ability to maintain effective professional and interpersonal relationships with peers and colleagues across multiple functional groups and external partners.
Possess the capability to balance responsibilities among assigned activities; including the ability to manage transitions effectively from task to task, and proven adaptability to varying customer needs.
