Summary:
Yorktown systems Group is seeking a highly qualified Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Geospatial Analyst to provide professional services and support to the United States Army Training and Doctrine Commands (TRADOC) Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence (G-2). The TRADOC G-2 replicates the complexities of the OE by leveraging real world data, information, and knowledge in order to enable learning across all TRADOC Lines of Operation. Achieving this through a set of dynamic, integrated analytical processes, information technologies, knowledge management networks, and tailored delivery applications. Harnessing the power of technology to drive live, virtual, constructive, and gaming (LVCG) environments, TRADOC G-2 accurately replicates a robust, dynamic OE. The Operational Environment Integration Directorate researches, analyzes, and develops intelligence products to describe and deliver the complex nature of the OE in support of exercises at Army Centers of Excellence, force development, and Joint Task Force (JTF), Corps, Division, Brigade level and below. Serving as a key analytical liaison and collaborator with supported units, integrating information to drive specific training objectives and innovatively analyzing, visualizing and presenting information tailored to supported units intelligence capabilities.
Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:
Analyze, evaluate, and interpret geospatial and imagery information and create replicated intelligence products in support of training and exercise events. Assist with analyzing the GEOINT aspects of the Operational Environment across the PMESII-PT (Political, Military, Economic, Social, Infrastructure, Information, Physical Environment, and Time) variables.
Develop partnerships with other GEOINT producers and capability providers within government and industry with a focus on capability integration and information sharing. Participate in GEOINT related workgroups to support studies, concepts, plans, capabilities and development efforts.
Analyze, evaluate, and interpret geospatial information regarding real world events impacting TRADOC and subordinate commands. Create products in support of TRADOC Commander and Staff. Update and produce products for web based portals.
Support development of geographically correct and reality-based scenarios, threads and injects to facilitate OE replication into Master Scenarios Events List (MSEL) during training events.
Participate in exercise planning conferences and provide on-site exercise support as a member of an exercise team assisting in operating environment replication through reach back capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of GEOINT (Geospatial) experience.
Proficiency with ArcGIS such as ArcPro, GIS apps and geospatial portals.
Experience with GEOINT related data sources, workflows, and process within the Army, Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Interagency, and Industry.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (5%) is required.
Valid passport is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant experience supporting deployed ground forces at EAC, Joint, Corps, Division, Brigade or service equivalent preferred.
Experience supporting Army training and exercises at EAC, Joint, Corps, Division, Brigade or service equivalent preferred.
Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred.
Clearance: Must be eligible for a secret clearance.
Location: FT Eustis, VA
Travel: Some travel will be required.
