Overview:

EagleView is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst to joing our Business Applications team.

We are aggressively executing multiple plans to accelerate our transformation into a company with a culture of continuous improvement. This individual will seek out, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. With a focus on reviewing, documenting, and recommending changes to business processes, systems and technology, this individual will be a key driver to accelerate EagleViews growth. This individual must also be naturally curious, a problem solver, communicative, and committed to the discovery and development of innovative solutions.

As a member of the Business Applications team at Eagleview, you will help engineer the changes introduced by some of our companys most complex and critical initiatives. You will join a dynamic, creative, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial team that leads sophisticated, cross-functional efforts to position the company for continued high growth.
Responsibilities:

Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Success, IT, HR, etc.) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes
Serve as a Salesforce admin to support and manage the help desk
Author and update external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development
Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
Build relationships and deliver results for diverse groups including
Responsible for building executive level presentation and communication surrounding workshop outputs, business issues, etc.
Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity
Solid understanding of enterprise systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite and associated systems
Strong knowledge of Salesforce sales and service cloud, CPQ
Proven analytical abilities
Practical experience generating process documentation and reporting for executive level communication
Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Ability to see connections and systems across process
Strong project management orientation
Experience and expertise across end-to-end business cycles
Demonstrable track record in managing and influencing improvement in unit(s)
Strong communication skills; including the ability to create effective and persuasive communication materials, convey technical and business concepts verbally and in writing and to listen actively and facilitate in small group settings
Experience with ecommerce solutions is a bonus
Create enthusiasm and drive engagement for process improvement and motivate team members to achieve results

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidates work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. All Fulltime (30+ hours) employees are eligible for PTO, Sick and Parental Leave; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401(k) Plan; Health Savings Account and Health Reimbursement Accounts; Life Insurance; Employee Assistance Program. This is a remote full-time position with a base salary range of $70,000 per year to $110,000 per year, bonus eligible.
