Overview:
Seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst in the Network Repository Team to provide network analysis support based on all-source intelligence analysis to Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) efforts and operations executed by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), war fighting units, and partners.
Responsibilities:
You will provide all-source intelligence analysis that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns and vulnerabilities of WMD-related threat networks to help identify potential targets for CWMD operations.
You must be able to work closely with other members of your team to identify trends, capabilities and vulnerabilities of emerging threat networks. Work within production schedules and coordinate with all parties involved to produce, deliver, and archive intelligence products based on threat network analysis to inform DTRA or other DoD customers based on DTRA or other customers critical information requirements. Conduct continuous research and maintain an awareness of current WMD threat technology and TTPs used by the state and non-state enemy networks.
As a member of the Network Repository Team, you will provide network analysis support to DTRA regional or country-focused network analysis teams.
As a Senior All-Source Analyst, provide all-source intelligence analysis in support of DTRAs strategic deterrence of WMD threats
Research and compile message traffic from multiple intelligence resources related to emerging threats and their networks to perform pattern, trend, and link analysis
Evaluate and integrate all-source reporting to build link analysis charts using Analysts Notebook intelligence tool identifying threat networks for US and coalition / deployed forces
Produce and support finished all-source intelligence analytical products (documents, presentations), inferences, charts, and findings related threat networks to highlight the human network dimension of WMD supply chains
OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS: Flexible schedule but must be available to work weekends if the need arises. This is an on-site position with a Reston, VA worksite.
TRAVEL: Position does not anticipate regular travel; however, candidate should have the ability to travel up to 50 miles if needed.
Qualifications:
CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret / SCI ***TS/SCI required upon application for initial consideration. This position is not open for any clearance upgrades reactivation, or sponsorship.***
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree with 3 years of experience or
Associate’s degree with 5 years of experience or
7 years of experience in lieu of a degree
Will also consider 4 years of directly relevant experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Willing to work rotating shifts, if needed
Must have experience using network analysis tools, such as Analyst Notebook or Palantir
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience working at a major command, combatant command, or service-level headquarters
Understanding of the levels of warfare and the nuances that exist between tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence
Experience with WMD threats and capabilities, such as chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons and their delivery systems (e.g., ballistic missiles)
More than three years of experience conducting network analysis in support of CWMD mission, including counter-facilitation.
More than three years of experience providing CWMD intelligence support and/or asymmetric threat analysis.
Military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.
Proficiency in conducting network analysis using tools such as Analyst Notebook or Palantir.
Proficiency in using intelligence databases such as NGT, Pulse, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, SIGINT tools and databases.
Practical understanding of geospatial intelligence tools such as The Globe, iSpy Map, or Google Earth.
Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment
