Google Street View in QGIS

Step 1: Install the Go2StreetView Plugin

Open QGIS and navigate to the Plugins menu. Select Manage and Install Plugins.

In the search bar, type go to street view and press Enter. You should see the Go2StreetView plugin listed below. Click the Install button. If you already have it installed, it will show options to uninstall or reinstall.

Step 2: Add a Base Map

After installing the plugin, close the plugin manager. Next, you need to add a base map to your project. To do this, go to the Web menu and select OpenStreetMap to add it to your canvas.

Step 3: Access the Go2StreetView Panel

Right-click on the empty space in the QGIS canvas. You will find the Go to Street View panel. Click to bring the panel into view.

Step 4: Using the Plugin

With the Go2StreetView panel open, your cursor will change to a plus symbol. Click on any location on the map where you want to see the street view. This action will automatically open a new tab displaying the Google Street View of the selected location.

You can click on various locations to see different street views. The plugin syncs the view in real-time, allowing you to explore the area visually.
